I love gators; character design-wise, they are just fantastic; they always have a unique feel.
I also noticed raptor, water deer and frilled lizard parts; the tail tip looks like it could be a thrasher shark, but it's flipped upside down.
all that is to say this design is stunning and very well thought out!
