Saganaki (Fried Cheese)
12 oz of Kefalograviera, kasseri, graviera, or provolone cheese
AP Flour, as needed
1/2 cup Olive oil
1. Cut cheese to 2 inch x 1/2 inch x 1/4 inch "planks"
2. Run planks of cheese under cold water, dredge in flour.
3. Pan fry at medium heat until golden brown, flip once for even browning.
