The magical and mesmerizing energy of 'Rhythm'; which grants those who hear its call magic, granted Gradi the ability to manipulate her art and paint in a combative form. Able to create works of art with a single swipe of her spray cans, Gradi can control it to fit nearly any need in both a 2d and 3d plane. Gradi herself can sink into walls and floors, turning into what she calls her 'Graffiti Form'. In this form, Gradi's takes on toon-like physics while still being able to manipulate her art.
TL;DR - She controls graffiti as a weapon and can turn into graffiti~

The fact that her art can interact with other people (and presumably physical objects) suggests she's really powerful.

She's not without her weaknesses. A really simple one is water. So on a rainy day her powers are practically useless outside.

Makes sense thanks. Now that I think about it, does she need to have spray paint to use her powers or can she make more as long as she has at least one spray can?

That is another weakness she has. She's spray can reliant. No spray cans, no powers. It also takes into account what colors she have left.

When you say the colours she has left, do you mean the specific colour the cans contain or does she have a specific limit on each colour paint she can conjure?

The specific color the cans are. Normally Gradi can quick draw her spray cans from her bag she Normally carries. But once colors start running low, it limits her power. Can't throw 'Graffiti Fire' at people without orange or red and etc. 'Sometimes' she can improvise... but still-

That makes sense thanks (I was wondering due to the other pic showing her spray-paining a rainbow in the air suggesting she controlled the colour which the can sprayed out).
