Lucia or her mother normally called her Lucy, is the daughter of Ms. Gretchen Spinelli after laying hundreds of eggs that round up being lucky. Lucia spent most of her time home at her mother mansion being served by maid and butler. She doesn't do much besides watching funny shows, and drawing some artwork. She does dream about stepping out from the mansion and check out the outside world and make a friend. Lucia know her mother wanted her to stay home, since she worried about her daughter safety, or worried that the goddess would try something funny. Course the goddess of good and bad luck enjoys helping people with their wishes. She help, Lucia to step out of the mansion and see the real world, but her first journey meeting a shy cougar who happened to be the goddess of good and bad luck goddaughter.

lol yes she is very sweet and very hot as well. She is a tall girl much taller than her mother and the goddess as well.
I see Lucia being a good friend/little sister to the shy cougar, espeiclly since the cougar doesn't have any siblings of her own, so she can be lucia older sister in a way.
