Buizel was at the beach, but now he got ballooned! Must've been from a P-Balloon or something else, not sure. Yep, another pixel art inflation pic but with Buizel, and it's also animated! At least when it comes to him floating up and down. I did forget to give Buizel some feet when I finished this, but I still think it looks really good. I was also originally gonna make his head sink into his body too, but it just looked off to me when doing it with his sprite style. This is also based off of Buizel's appearance in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness for the Nintendo DS, which is also where I got the Beach background from.
