those are dead too, for a plant to be alive it needs a root system in the ground

they look fine now, but very soon they will shrivel up and turn brown. The only reason flowers still bloom after you pick them is because they know they are about to die and are exerting their last bit of life force to try and produce their seeds.

i just looked it up and it appears that most lilies are perennial - which means that if you didn't kill it it would have come back on it's own

some reproduce by bulb though, but idk what the rate of success for this plant is
