Usually when I'm big like this it's via Misty's "Quicc-Thicc" potions, so I retain my physical fitness from my normal size. The extra weight does leave me a bit winded after just a minute or so of activity since I'm basically lugging around a second me and change worth of blubber, but it's not like I've been just lazing around and stuffing my face.
