After getting lost in the deepest parts of the jungle, Kardia found herself in a strange swamp-like place called the Doldrums where everything is covered in slime.

There she meet the inhabitants of the Doldrums, the Hippo Lethargians.

Huge, slimy, sleepy and lazy hippo-like creatures who drowsly welcomes kardia and explains their lethargic ways in a song.


"Wherever we loiter , wherever we float.

we'll dawdle again and have not a care to note.

So why would we waste our time to think.

if we can nestle in and sink.

When you just simply stretch yourself a length

and return on gathering your strength.

On all the loafing and lounge we still have left to do.

the Doldrums' necessities of life will come to you.

They'll come to you."


During their singing The wolf girl grows tired and sleepy herself of listening to them.

Soon she adjusts to the hippo lethargians'lifestyle and sleepily joins along with them.




"Anything just as long it's nothing.

Everthing as long it's not a thing.

Don't even think if that can give you strive

I mean why doing anything?

Do whatever that ain't anything

Cause that's the necessities of life."


Soon Kardia finally doves off into slumber as the slimy hippo ladies smiles. Pleased to have lulled their new friend into their ways of life.

Aleu the wolf has been brought to the ancient ruins by the Bandar-log by order of King Louie.

Sitting on his stone throne aleu is wearing a grass skirt and coconut bra as Louie tries make her feel at home while shooting two bananas into her mouth. And even place one of the peels on her head as a mock crown.
