Two parts of Romy and Jullie's jobs in the shop is to guide guests trough the mess of a layout that is Depths n' Spells, and offering free hugs of many types. This particular customer wanted an "internal hug" to see what it was before leaving. Not what the buyer was expecting, but who cares? Everyone is having fun!
