Cal "Speed Demon" Balaser
Agent Shield 3, Cal Balaser AKA Speed Demon carries a minigun he had modified to be able to carry it with one hand as in his other hand he wields a tower shield. Cal will sometimes even take shelter behind his tower shield while he unloads minigun rounds onto his targets. His power allows him to channel electricity through the ground. This effect is stronger on metal floors or wet ground. He typically will trigger this ability whenever he slams his shield onto the ground to take shelter behind it. This prevents people from rushing him during his defensive positioning.
Cal is a bit of a fun loving guy, but will do what he can to end a fight quickly.
