Yeah, another one of these :). Just one minor difference - he's wearing a yellow shirt under his jacket, like Captain N did.

Captain N: The Game Master was a series in the late 80's/early 90's that existed to promote Nintendo games. Average teenager Kevin Keene of Northridge, CA (thus the "N" on his jacket) was playing Nintendo games when he was suddenly sucked into his TV, entering the world of "Videoland" and becoming the heroic Captain N. Joining him was his faithful dog, Duke.
In this version, the anthro Duke *is* Captain N. Hey, even in the real series, Duke often saved the day, including:
- defeating the seemingly invincible Cuts Man
- Pulling the plug on Mother Brain's control of Game Boy
- Making the winning touchdown of a football game against Dr. Wily's robots
and so on.
The background was taken from the episode, "Mega Trouble for Megaland".

I bulked up his arms and made his neckercheif bigger to be more in scale with his pecs.
