Chances are if there are super powers involved, it makes news. Sure, reporters cover news but it often takes someone with powers of their own to cover these events when pavement cracks, buildings crumble and the debris begins flying. That's where Snap Dragon and Shutterbug come in. These two photojournalists are there to cover everything from the big to the small when the heroines (and heroes) and villains of Gammorah Bay are involved. They seem to possess an uncanny ability to turn up anywhere there's super activity and pop in and out of the danger zone in an instant. Though the two are often seen together, neither of them actually work together and get in each other's way trying to get that "perfect" angle or lighting. They've each won numerous awards for their work. However that doesn't stop them from trying to take more candid and decidedly too personal shots of the Bay's super-powered celebrities, inching them over the line from journalism to super-paparazzi and frequently in trouble with the very people that may have to save their lives should things go awry during a super powered battle.
