MAELSTROM -- A Chat by the Harbor - (2024)
The Velscave are known to be busy-bodies. Anjak and her daughter Near are no exception to this. Whether it's the former's work as the leader of her country or the latter as a freelance detective consultant, their schedules are often filled to the brim. Regardless, the two women still carve time out of their busy weeks to spend time with their families, especially with one another. Here, the two are just talking while meandering along Hidrai's massive harbor.
This drawing underwent way more i terations than it needed to. Lolol I initially sketched a version of this back in 2015 before revisiting it again and again. It wasn't until this year that I finally told myself that the drawing had to be done sooner or later. As a result, I finished it in its entirety a few days ago as of this post. Lol
