My attempt at this week's Thursday Prompt. This week, the word for the prompt was 'research'.
As normal, please be sure to check
ThursdayPrompt for more.
Might miss the mark with the prompt word, but I got started and said "Whatever, let it ride". I think the idea is neat, but execution could definitely use some improvements. Oh, well, it was fun to put together at least.
("Hey, Dead, did you see the Silent Hill 2 remake trai--"
"Yes. Yes I did."
"Is this one inspi--"
"Yes. Yes it is.")

I'm grateful to hear you thought this one was fun.
Silent Hill: a great tourism location! Radio static, fog, and large buff men sporting pyramid shaped metal helmets atop their domes carrying a knife bigger than I am... wait, what was that last one?
Thank you very much for having taken a look at this one, very much appreciate it.

I'm not certain if I fully understand what you found relatable in Noah's character, but I suppose you might mean that sometimes trying to support friends can be a bit draining. I hope things are a bit easier for you.
I'm grateful that you'd read over this one, thanks much for that.

I'm grateful that you'd say this one was good fun and creepy. I do kind of want to continue this one so I might just try and thick up something for the three paranormal investigators.
I very much appreciate that you'd take the time to read this one, thank you for that.

You are quite good at keeping the biting cold air in focus throughout this entire thing. A double-take moment I had was referring to Todd as a bovine rather than a caprine. Not incorrect, but unspecific enough to make me read that part over twice to confirm I had read goat like I though I had LOL
Oh, did I forget to mention it's cold out? Better bundle up!
Oh, I knew leaving it at bovine sounded off, but I had entirely glazed over caprine. Had gone so far as to double-check myself by looking up the full scientific name; saw "Bovidae" and just wound up running with bovine. Something I'll need to keep in mind for next time; thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Shelby, there's nothing to be afraid of: ghosts aren't real, remember... T-they're not, r-right?
Truth be told, I had originally planned to have Noah fall asleep for an undetermined length of time and he would wake up to find the keys to the van missing. Decided not to go that far; his friends need him and he ain't afraid of no ghost!
Thanks much for having looked this one over, very much appreciated.

I'm glad to hear you thought so, I was trying to build a bit of a creepy vibe with this one. He might be a kill-joy, but in his defense, he had signed up for a camping trip with his friends and not ghost hunting adventures... I don't think he's getting much a choice anymore though!
Oh, that could be an interesting twist: he goes searching for them despite the two already having come back to find he's the one that's missing! So many interesting directions this one could go in!
I very much appreciate that you'd read through this, always grateful for that.

Ahhh what a fun adventure. I hope that nothing happened to his two friends... *ears droop and looks away in doubt*
Draubin is such an amazing town to live in! They have their own local radio with great music. And weather is nice for those who don't like when it's too hot! Also fitting for nocturnal furs. :3

I'm glad to hear you thought that the intro was fun, I do kind of want to build on this one a bit. I'm sure his friends are fiiine... *twiddles thumbs and looks away in doubt*
You know it! I can't stand it when the temperature is much over 20 C / 70 F; that plus the music makes for a great vacation destination in my book!
