It nearly killed me when I was with a friend after I went nearly two days without sleep and he and a fast food drive-thru lady inadvertently juxtaposed an almost lame comedy skit and an old "Bloom County" cartoon. "I'll have a double cheese burger, a large fry, and a large orange drink!"
