I was planning to make these avatars in SL, Zeoxian beings. This one being an Earth (Desert) area Dragon. I will most likely remake the sculpts from scratch later on. For now all of the avatars in SL are in standstill until I complete most/all dued commissions. Yeah, I still need to learn Polytexturing in Zbrush correctly...

it's Maquahuitl primary weapon of the Aztec weapon basically a wooden club with obisidan blades attached

Are the clubs flat like that? If so I cant imagine them being used that much before they break or something from usage.

yes it's how they were designed since the aztecs didnt have access to steel or iron most of their weapons comprised of wood,stone or obsidan since those were common materials found in central america in pre columbian times

That's pretty informative. I thank you. Up until today I thought Obsidian was a "fake/made up" mineral/metal from World of Warcraft.

i thought one can only post images/creations of what one made, in this one i made everything from scratch using the program Zbrush. Not to mention this is in scraps.
