Frills like on the bikini version of this are quite a process to do but I feel like I got it down to a pretty good science! >w> Gals like Bonnie here and my Fifina the Furfrou are big sources of practice.
Those pastel colors look so delightful. I’m so glad my current style has better support for such colors to make them look vibrant in the highlight and shading.
Done as a sketch on paper, scanned in, and painted in Photoshop CS5.
