Ugly Cat always appear cheeky and overconfident, and he may look like he isn't afraid of anything.... but actually one of his biggest fear is losing his loved ones. and right now he is faced with a difficult choice.
//this is a test comic. so I imagine before the ending of anthro AU, there's supposed to be a big final fight between Panda and Bonehand. Panda is losing the battle because no matter what Bonehand's magic is still too strong for him, even so in his full shadow form. but Ugly Cat came to his rescue.

I have a head cannon in my brain where a scenario like this results in Ugly Cat sacrificing himself to save the two of them. This results in Bone Hand and Panda training for years to get the ability to travel back in time and save Ugly Cat.
Of course, this changes the timeline, so that future Bone Hand and future Panda start to fade away in front of Ugly Cat's eyes, which if triggers Ugly Cat's over protective instincts, causing him to improvising saving the older pair by stuffing them into their younger selves.
For Panda this isn't too bad, as he now has an older version of himself that has mastered his powers. Though there will be a bit of education along the way. "If you want us to stop going feral and killing people, you need to eat more. So stop whining and eat the entire cow! Eat it whole!"
Bone Hand... he's now stuck with a future version of himself that HATES his past self who got Ugly Cat killed. So lots of drama there.
What his means for Bone Hand and Panda's mana levels having had future powered versions of themselves stuffed inside of themselves... no clue. Your world. Answer that question.
