Here is a commission for Gadgetphile over at DA.
In this one they wanted to see Webby Vanderquack from the 2017 Ducktales in only a kilt. With that in mind, I came up with the scenario that Webby used her disguise ability to dress up like Flintheart Glomgold to infiltrate his mansion to retrieve some secret files and just managed to sneak into his office.
