This is Draeco, Divine Dragon of Time. Her outfit consists of two main pieces: The top half is a Victorian-inspired blouse covered in all kinds of pristine embellishments: ruffles in the neck and wrists, lace-patterns, pearls and golden ribbons. There is a long cape attached to the blouse that presents a constellation of pearls. The bottom half of the outfit is a skin tight, black bodysuit with iridescent blue lines. For accessories, Draeco is wearing two pearly earrings, glittery-gold eye-shadow, and golden claws for each finger.
