After seeing these last two comic pages and looking into the characters background information I am thoroughly convinced that Marina is a far greater threat to national security and global stability than Nulacav, it doesn’t help that I yet to find out what specifically Nulacav is doing that makes him so dangerous. (On a side note: did you really haft to introduce your first canonical transexual as a warmonger?)
I will say though too a lot of background context changed substantially in the last few years almost entirely thanks to the existence of this comic; a lot of pre-2019 fine details got rocked, organizations hashed out and mostly just the broad-strokes of characterization is the only thing that got really retained in the longest run.
