Up in the clouds of the Pufftop Kingdom, Redblur was introduced to the prince hero Starfy. Without hesitation, Blur as Starfy for training which he's accepted. But to his shock, Starfy told him to jump into the sea... where Blur instantly drowned. Starfy then learns that this will take a long time. For three months, Redblur learned how to swim and breathe underwater, charge down like a shooting star, and spin underwater until he was ready to go. Redblur thanks Stafy for training him and for teaching him how to swim. As he walked away, one thing still confused him. Starfy isn't a star or a starfish. So what exactly is he?

Moves Learn
Star Spin: Taught by Starfy, Redblur spins around to attack enemies or break barriers, but unlike his other spin moves, this one works better underwater. However, if he turns too much, they'll get dizzy.
Shooting Star: Taught by Starfy, Redblur charges down in the air until it reaches an enemy or land. The damage will increase if the move is performed at just a great enough height.
Swim: Taught by Starfy, Redblur moves and breathes underwater easily and with no effort. However, strong currents will still be quite difficult for him, so he should tread water carefully.
