Ehhh, time are is weird right now.
Weird that despite me not really calling myself a furry, just someone with a working visa for the furry community with also literally every single online friends being a furry (Every time I think one isn't I get proven wrong), but I swear the longer I stay in furry spaces the less censorship crap I see. Mind you when I say "censorship crap" I'm not talking people being like "Oh yeah that's just not what we want displayed here" and being reasonable in explaining the TOS, hay maybe it feels stupid and very minor of an issue but even then usually its made clear and less aggressive, no I mean the one where at best your account gets stuff blocked, at worse you seem to get insulted and mocked before getting banned, had that happen on a ironically location (Preservation group) which for me I'll take over passive aggressive talk any day but that is still really bad.
So furries, from my personal short term experience, have been a bit more welcoming to things as long as you don't start trying to stab people, metaphorically, or go into extremist beliefs, more specifically on the right (though not completely) but also some areas of the left too.


Though if this helps: my philosophy thus far, furry non furry or whatever, when dealing with this crap where it feels like everyone is out to get me on the smallest offense, just remember that probably they wouldn't be the best to be around to begin with, and most likely with certain places this was going to happen sooner or later and its better to leave now.

I saw the original journal, and wanted to give the advice, but I like seeing screenshots of these things first unless they're close friends, adds a confirmation that yeah, its not one person freaking out and blaming people blaming one single offense and trying to gain sympathy. Deal with that with people who abuse the court system to get what they want already. But unless it comes clear of it being that case, I don't like to toss them aside either. So sorry for the delay on my advice there, hopefully my caution is reasonable.

This is all new to me because I'm branching out to try to grow my audience and brand, but holy shit the pushback is a lot heavier than I expected. TO BE FAIR, most of the communities have told me my art is great before showing me the door, haha.

Hay if it helps, both in helping spreading your brand and to make you feel better, I list of artists I hope to commission to do the covers for a comic series, because the humor of the cover being wildly different style wise from the main work is too funny for me to pass despite it being really expensive, and you're on that list of artists.
Maybe with enough awareness other places that kicked you out will be more open to your work, as the saying goes "Every one gets the same treatment unless they're famous" though even then, like I said, if you got kicked out for basically no reason, its probably good you don't try to go back as it might just cause bigger problems later.
