It certainly a possibility, however in most universes where Bu and Kee exists but not as themselves, they are instead usually one person, for example, Jackee, the Easter Jackalope from the Santa Bucky universe is BOTH Bu and Kee as ONE person.
But like you said, there can be and most likely are universes where Bu and Kee exists but as two separate individuals rather than a pair of conjoined twins.
