Wanted to give a bit of a background for Fred, given the fact that he was abandoned as a cub and had a poor life before he knew Dave. Not the usually, happy-go-lucky kind of art from myself around this character, but there we go. Armed with only a blanket that smelt like his mother, Fred was left alone in the streets of London to fend for himself, watching passers by enter the shops as he remained defenceless and hungry. This was taken when he was just a few months old.
