Queen Morgana is as beautiful as she is cold, jealous and cruel. She is the one who sold her stepdaughter, Princess Anna to the blood thirsty vampire, Ratcula as his bride. This was done in order to maintain her status as the queen and she knows that Ratcula's brides never live for very long once he gets bored of them. Everyone in the kingdom however is fed the lie that Princess Anna was kidnapped so no suspicion would be placed on Morgana.
She is based off of the Evil Queen from Snow White and Morgan Le Fay from the Arthurian Legend. Also, a cookie to those who recognize Morgana. :) I've drawn her before~ :P
