So this is based off a fan art comic pannel made by a guy who made that me. 😊
It's basically Rouge finding out who Dr. Spiral really is when she wasn't present when Dr. Spiral hypnotized everyone to think she's on their side.
Bats do know each other very well after all, Dr. Spiral is looking foward to this metaphorical game of chess between them.
