She was introduced on page 2 and has gone through some slight minor adjustments as the story had progressed.

Doctor Moreau is a woman in her 30s obsessed with monsters, which brought her to the lab to research them. Whereas the lab typically works to benefit the monsters, she studies them extensively in the hopes to help them return from the brink of extinction and conservation.

She's softspoken but very animated when it comes to the things she enjoys. She's known to go off on tangents on things she enjoys. She's chronically tired and is often seen with eyebags and hooded eyes.
