The Fellowship of Applewood #1: Benji Benson Goes to School!
The first in a series of stories about a group of schoolkid animals set in Devon, England, in 1951.
Benji Benson, well-respected bear cub in the forest town of Applewood, is about to enter the first form (year seven/sixth grade) of Applewood Secondary School, accompanied by his close friends. Together they deal with numerous changes: the absence of a friend whom they had kicked out of their club, studying in a new school, and the prospect of a friend of theirs wishing to join their club.
