There. I increased brightness and contrast to remark it, but I can see it in the normal picture, almost unnoticeable.

Oh! That is possible in SAI, actually! If you notice underneath the little preview square, and above the layers panel, there is a "texture" drop-down menu! From there you can select all sorts of texture to apply onto the layer. This one is called "Watercolor B."
