LOL..I knew I have seen that outfit on her before.
Definitely a hot Dash, buttttt seems pretty out of character for her and I am not talking about the implied straightness (which is fine, Dash can be whatever orientation the fan artist/writer makes her), just she doesn't seem the "tee hee sexy schoolgirl" type at all.
His coloring scheme is really.. clashing. I imagine that was just how the character is design wise from the commissioner, just..ouch!
