Recently, I reached out to Xander's original designer in hopes that they had a copy of his reference sheet. I lost all other copies, and all I had was a rough .jpg file, which led to problems getting art of him. Thankfully, I know an amazing ref sheet designer, and she and I worked together to create a new reference sheet for him and update/codify some elements into new things, most particularly the specific piercings. The one big change here is the back tattoo, which I liked on the original, but some people found too complex to include in art I was getting. The new version retains the original concept, but it makes it easier to include, I hope. ^^
