Tobey is a smart and mischievous guy, born on the east coast of the United States

From an early age, Tobey displayed an insatiable curiosity, often getting into trouble by snooping around in all sorts of corners.

His Playful nature earned him a reputation as a troublemaker, but his infectious laugh and cute antics made it hard to stay mad at him for long.

As the years passed, Tobey went from a boisterous puppy to a quieter and calmer guy, he couldn't resist helping those in need, quite stubborn and confident in his actions

Occasionally, he would have a snide grin on his face that never seemed to go away, especially when he was up to another joke. His tail is always wagging, signaling anticipation of mischief.

Tobey rarely drinks alcohol, does not smoke, likes to spend time with friends, as well as sometimes spends the whole day in the garage or the car dump of his older brother, where he repairs or changes something in his vehicle, as well as in his free time he likes to draw.
He works as a driver for his Uncle Ray's delivery and transportation service.
