Yeah, that's why I say the company that produced mine probably copied off this model. Wonder how long they've been producing this one. Mine's from the mid 70's, I think.
But yeah, Not a bad price! Fender make some pretty decent banjos, from what I've seen. Hope you're having lots of fun with it! :>
