Ragtime needed her own little proper introductory thing in the Toon Core setting, and so here we go.

Julia James is the daughter of a TOASTED researcher dealing with learning more about Toon Cores and the potential secrets behind them. Her father kept a Toon Core secured safely at home while doing his research and observations.

Julia, being a fan of the idea of magical girls, got it into her head that it would be absolutely amazing and the best idea possible to use the Toon Core to become one herself. And so, having drawn out an idea, Julia hatched a plan one night to sneak into her father's lab and snatched up the confined Toon Core. Then, in absolute glee, proceeded to use it with the drawing she had created.

And thus Julia James would find herself transformed into a very retro and old-style magical girl that she decided to name Ragtime Inkstalgia Beatheart.

Though in doing this, once her parents found out what she had done, she was in a lot of trouble. Not only would her father be 'very disappointed' in her actions, but she would also find herself grounded for a good while. Julia had never seen her father get that angry before in her life!
