Re-submitted because i updated the file with afew things after drawing Red and because FA doesnt seem to want me to have the updated file uploaded, so i'm cutting out the middle-fur and re-subbing it X3
Like i said in my journal, having watched all 29 of 30 available Panda-Z episodes on youtube (episode 22 wouldnt work ;w; ) i was inspired to draw Rusty in the same, if not a similar style and TADAA! there he is ^w^

There's not many (if any) good examples of clothes in the cartoon as most of the characters are robots and the main character, Pan Talon, doesnt wear anything except a scarf and his helmet, so thats my exscuse for this being a General Rating picture if anyone wants to know ( :P ).
Took 2 hours to make in Flash, i tried to copy it to Photoshop and it mangled what i pasted >.< so i decided to leave it in Flash, i know i could have exported it as an image but if its a Flash file you can zoom into it more than a normal image.
Now that i have the basic frame for doing a character like this i think i'll try others, so dont be suprised if you appear in this style, in a future submission of mine ^w^
