So here we have Rayleigh, the sky dragon spirit. The third and probably final elemental summon for Arc. Rayleigh is a unique blend of magic, rooted in powerful draconic energy mixed with Arc's divine summoning powers. As a new summon spirit he is eager to help and takes his duties very seriously but can be somewhat naive to the ways of the physical world and perhaps a little too sure of his draconic prowess.

Thanks once again to  Hydez for helping realize the third of this elemental trio for my D&D campaign! I hadn't intended Arc to be a summoner when I first made him but he really seems to have taken to the role!
