Been wanting to revisit this character and adapt them into the 'Toon Core' setting.

Sandy Rivers was a young man with a fondness for magic, desiring to one day possibly become a magician and master the art of prestidigitation. He was very good at illusions and sleight of hand, though wasn't opposed to the idea of gaining access to other possible magics as well someday.

Sandy had a younger sister by the name of Pristine, who was an intense fan of a cartoon character by the name of 'Honeybelle Brewins'. A very friendly, if ditzy and overly energetic, bear gal that got into all kinds of misadventures within her forest home. Sandy didn't really understand the appeal.

One day, however, Sandy decided to purchase a Honeybelle balloon to give to his sister, figuring that she would be very happy with it. As it would turn out, however, the balloon contained a dormant Toon Core that decided at that point to become active.

The next thing Sandy knew was that he had become a rubbery and inflatable version of Honeybelle Brewins. Along with the change, Sandy would find herself feeling more bubbly and flighty. Though shocked, confused, and scared by what had happened, she couldn't keep herself from laughing and also finding it 'kinda funny' the way her face and body could stretch and squeak!
