In the ominous glow of the evening sun, a lone wanderer approaches the temple. A long forgotten exile returned to a city she thought long behind her. Furea had abandoned her forbidden love here in this temple long ago. The city she had forsaken arising anew in corrupted glory. She had heard the stories, listened to the mythical tales. Now she needed to confirm for sure.
The fire-lit temple stood before her, disciples standing aside to give her passage. She silently stepped through the corridors before approaching an eldritch altar, a serpent arising from the shadows in the guise of her once great love. Before her was Vuul'Khan the eternal emperor, standing before her in silent surprise and contemplation. The serpent's gaze softens, reaching to her gently. "For many somber moons I have long awaited you to return. Welcome home." His muzzle curls into a smirk as Furea's tears fall below them. "There is nothing left to stand between us, my darling."
He had many plans for his love, and she was the perfect subject for enlightenment. Yet something in his corrupted heart cried in sorrow as the machinations of his distorted mind prepared her for assimilation. She would stand by his side once again, reborn into a proper corrupted goddess to bring upon the eternal peace of his visions.

Vuul's mind has been twisted and corrupted, and in turn he seeks to turn his love to seeing things in his perspective. Its in the guise of augmenting her like himself, to once again stand beside her and do what he thinks is best for the world. In his eyes the morality of his actions are pure, despite how insane and manipulative his actions are in reality. A twisted perversion of the virtues of love and dedication.

The other question is: is it some sign of affection or admiration that he wants her to become a corrupted goddess or he wants her just like another toy or tool of power in his collection?

It depends on your perspective. Vuul doesnt see himself as a villain, I think it might be a mix of both. A conveniently powerful being to turn to his cause and an ability to reconnect with a remnant of his former life. Either way the result will be Furea's equal dissent into his madness, but they will be together...
