After everyone was finished at the water park, the scouts got changed into their uniforms. The Great Wolf kids also got changed except for Oliver Raccoon who continued to strut around in his swimsuit.
Skokie mentioned that he heard that Oliver {Raccoon} had invented something called "Sno-Screen" which is similar to sunscreen except it protects from snow and cold instead of the sun's rays thus allowing the person using it to go around with little clothing.
Some of the scouts thought it was cool. However Oliver Mouse and Leon were worried. Oliver said that if his mother, Mrs. Tabby, or her friends including Mrs. Crowley were to find out of Oliver's invention, they would get some sno-screen and use it to allow Oliver {or any boy} to be outside completely naked.
