Here in the prisons, those who "behave well" are allowed to sell things, in some cases well-stocked tables... From treats to the occasional toiletry item.
But a supermarket, I never heard. But your idea is interesting...
I suppose this scene is because the prisoners escaped to go and storm the oxxo...
