The M1889 LA is the standard riffle given to cetan troops. The spring action riffle makes it a quick reloader as well as a weapon that can shoot quikly (less than 2 seconds per shoot) The riffle was designed to mass produce them cheaply as well as very effective in the battlefield. A major problem is that it often get jammed when used in muddy terain.
