Here's something I don't think I've tried before when it comes to inflation, close-up inflation! And I decided to do it with Keldeo since I've already done him ballooned in the sky before, but now here he is bigger than before! When I first made this, the eye looked off to me so I decided to make it more accurate to my previous Keldeo Inflation art, it still looks a bit off to me but eh, it'll do. I also gave Keldeo some puffy cheeks as well for this special art piece, and of course some better shading.
