I've never have played Fallout, but I will drop down his intelligence to 5 or 4, because he never comes up with any smart (or simply LOGIC) way to get out of the messes he ends up getting into because of his "curse" (literally in the Storm Incident, it was Big Mama Nature that come to save his dick with a lightning bolt, and many other times happened like that).
That’s his luck also here on why he is got that high.

Are they actually related? I get the feeling there are lots of details I miss or that get left out. I get that she is actually the mom of Quick's sister, well, half-sister. And he called her "auntie" but that could just be a thing he called her because she was around so much when he was young.

Which means is a possibility I mean everyone banging each other in this comic one way or another. Example by Mandy she had a hot passionate night with Josh and they didn’t hook up but the. She did with Quick, I wouldn’t doubt auntie Taki would love to feel the youthful energy of Ken again trough Quick.
Definitely BUT!! One visual novel had a path with the headmistress being the date option by trying on bras, if that’s the case then well, also Ken was forced into it and he is very much faithful to Gloria, I really doubt he'd care or mind.. much he'd be more weirded out he slept with the mother of his half-sister.
I don't believe her. Though I don't think this is a "curse" exactly, I do think that something else is at play here. Maybe an outside source still. But frankly, after how she and several others just tried to tear Quick's father to pieces the other night, there's more evidence that says otherwise than just having "high charisma." Though I won't doubt that they may have that too.
I also think that the way she's reacting to this is how the females may act after everything has happened. Possibly what they see in the males while under it's influence, and that it carries over afterwards too.
And on a final note (at least for now), before and after the "curse" is working, I think that the females will act Defiant towards the exact male, such as doubting such a thing exists. Maybe so they can have more time with them, thinking that it's on their own free accord. And that they also act Dominant before and after too, such as being forceful, hostile, and the like. What we've seen the last several years gives more evidence to this behavior (the comic's years, not real years).
