Sometimes there is nowhere better for a nap than a field of flowers in the springtime while the warm sunlight washes over your fur~
Since discovering newfound confidence in herself after her recent experience in front of the mirror, Dawn's had fun playing with other outfits that would normally be outside her comfort zone. This time, she even decided to share the experience with the whole world. She dressed in her (breezy) dancer's costume she found online, and spent the afternoon trying to teach herself how to properly.. well.. dance.
Unfortunately, Dawn has been cursed with two left paws. Thankfully nobody saw her embarrass herself... though it would've been pretty interesting if someone had~
She'd spent hours in the warm sprint field dancing among the flowers before eventually tiring herself out. Unwilling to make the relatively long trek back home, she decided to make herself comfy on a soft-looking patch of grass and lay down for a nap.
Perfect weather, perfect temperature, perfect scenery, and the aroma of flowers in bloom all around her. The only thing that would make this afternoon cat-nap better would be someone to share it with~
Woops, fell back into my old habit of forgetting to post and falling behind my upload backlog again lol. Meant to post this last weekend. I'll be uploading the NSFW alt later this weekend (tomorrow if I can remember)
If I'm really motivated, I'll post an additional piece (and its alt) from my backlog. That one's a piece of gift art, and I'm not entirely certain if they'll want their profile linked (in fact, I have a handful of gift art pieces from this person that I really want to share with the world since they make me so happy), so if they don't request it specifically, I'm going to leave it unlinked
Happy spring everyone, hope your allergies aren't kicking your butt as bad as mine are. Just looking at Dawn laying in all those flowers makes me wanna blow my nose!
