It's an Alolan Raichu getting herself stuffed full of pancakes by Peex, who is oblivious to the fact that the Raichu's about to pop.
A lovely little request, this one. I absolutely love how big and fat Peex is here, more so than the Alolan Raichu, in fact! I should consider having Peex overfeed other characters and make them into food balloons. You gotta love the chef hat she's got on as well!
