These characters are called Fuwa, and were the 2008 Beijing Olympics mascots. They belong to Han Meilin.
Oh, I sure did a good job at this one! Each of the ballooned characters having a gradiented stripe for themselves. I do wonder if I'm the only fella who's inflated these characters? I mean, I've been requested a lot of obscure characters in the past so I can't be the only one.
