Original description: Just a cute Halloween image of Puff Plum in her Halloween costume. Better late than never I guess.
I had the idea for Puff Plum to have a Halloween costume which was basically about her sucking out the air in other inflated characters to make herself bigger. Due to the requests that October, this was rather late but at least I beat the bothersome requests and got this done nice and proper!
And don't worry, she's not threatening as the Puffpire, in fact, she's quite fun to watch float about! And speaking of, we'll be seeing her as a balloon in the next archived image courtesty of a good request from MinhPham2005!
