Well...i've decided what i'm going to do for Sonic's 20th Anniversary.

It's a webcomic which i've had tons of ideas for in my head for the last several days. I'm currently writing chapter 1 of the script and have finished page 1 today.

For now, here's a teaser poster - and yes, this isn't going to be what you'd normally expect from a Sonic Comic. It's going to be "well shiny."

All i'm willing to divulge at the moment is that the story behind it focuses on two different experiences of playing the very first Sonic the Hedgehog game, the MegaDrive/Genesis version.

One perspective will be of the gamer who starts playing the game when he recieves it as a Christmas present, the other perspective will show what it was like for Sonic in-game - as he struggles with his own identity and purpose, learning and interacting with various sprites who help him figure it all out. 'The Establishment' are expecting big things from him...

Pardon my language, but if this all sounds completely f**ked up, that's because it is! I haven't been smoking anything by the way...all will start to become clear when the comic itself is up and running.

I must also stress that this project is NOT a Sprite Comic. I've been a Sonic fan-artist for years and i don't intend to stop now.
