This is Droo, my new sona! Droo lives in an Eastern aristocratic family that owns silk businesses. He is a droopy drama queen. All he does is lie in a pile of pillows and complain about his melancholy and obesity while gorging on junk food. Droo loves attention.
Droo is also possessed by sloth and gluttony spirits which further balloon his waistline. Seeing what a mess their son is turning into, his parents decided to give the business inheritance to his brothers instead. This does not bother Droo. He will keep eating.

What a decadent, handsome dragon this one is! Nothing better than a big softy trying to be as luxurious and soft as the cushions they spend all day lounging around on. Sure, maybe he's been passed over to run company but that sounds like the best thing that could have happened given now he doesn't have to worry about actually DOING anything and can just really focus on himself and his needs.
Though I have to admit I'm intrigued by the concept of him being full of spirits that just encourage his expansive excesses, how does that sort of thing even happen? And more importantly does it even make a difference? Maybe he was always meant to be a fat bloated sack of scales, those just help him reach his utmost potential of greed and laziness so the only thing that really changed was his size.

Exactly! That's why it doesn't bother him since he can spend all his time lazing around and being a luxurious food dumpster.

That's how they get their food, by making others give in to their weaknesses. Most spirits move on to the next victim if the person doesn't give in to their sins after a few attempts. Droo on the other hand is a magnet for that because he doesn't even try to resist. It takes no effort to make him overeat and become fat and lazy, so the spirits happily gorge on his acts of overeating and laziness, making him spiral further down his obesity. I added the spirits to his backstory because I really like the "somewhat involuntary weight gain" themes as well as supernatural stuff. Would Droo be this fat if he didn't have gluttony spirits feeding on him? Probably not.
